PicSay allows you to perform basic image enhancements on your phone. It contains lots of fun effects to liven up your snaps.
Start by selecting a photo from the gallery or the file manager and PicSay will give you a choice of three image resolutions to work in. Once selected, the picture will be displayed full screen and you can start playing around with the tools via the Menu button or just by tapping the screen.
You can add all manner of crazy elements to your photos with PicSay. For instance, you can include speech balloons, apply text in a range of fun fonts, or insert props such as hats, signs, hair or sunglasses. All of these can be inserted very easily, and you can move, rotate and resize them at will.
The more serious stuff in PicSay is to be found in the Effects section. Here you can apply various modifications to the photo you have loaded, generally just by sliding a slider to control the intensity of the effect.
There's a wide range of other things you can do with PicSay, from all the usual stuff such as brightness, hue, contrast, etc., to more creative effects like pixelize, spotlight and distortion. It's a shame PicSay doesn't support batch image processing, though.
In general though, PicSay offers a fast, free way to have fun with your photos while you're on the move.
